Our Legacy
Seminole Gardens was shaped by the vision and craftsmanship of Cassius L. Peacock, Jr., a World War II veteran and respected contractor-builder who developed major hospitals, shopping centers, and other significant projects throughout the southeastern United States. His commitment to quality construction and thoughtful design created places meant to last for generations.
That same family-oriented approach continues today. Cassius L. Peacock, IV, Senior Vice President of Ridge Seminole Management Corp., carries forward the values established by his grandfather. Under his leadership, the multi-generational Peacock family remains actively involved in the day-to-day care, management, and stewardship of Seminole Gardens.
What began as a carefully planned community in the early 1970s is still guided by the original ideals of lasting quality, strong community, and the freedom that comes with professional exterior maintenance — values rooted in family and carried forward with pride.
